General terms and conditions
 

By accessing, browsing, using and booking the Magic Moments website, you agree to have read and understood the following terms and conditions (including the Privacy Statement) and agree to the terms and conditions contained therein.

The guest can book the check-in room from 15:00 on the day of arrival (Check in) and must leave check-out until 11:00 am on the last day of stay. Upon arrival of the Guest, he must prove his identity before the occupation of the room and fill in an application form.

 At the same time as the completed and signed application form, the Guest accepts and complies with the General Terms and Conditions and the Territorial Policies of Magic Moments Pension.

Reservation

Reservation is the confirmation of the guest’s written reservation sent by the Service Provider, containing the subject, location, duration and price of the service, as well as the payment of 50% of the total cost of accommodation required for finalizing the reservation.

The Contract shall be concluded by a written confirmation of the Guest’s written or oral reservation sent by the Service Provider and shall be deemed to be a written Contract.

Cancellation policy

If the Service Provider fails to pay the 50% agreed upon confirmation of the booking, the reservation will be canceled.

The Guest undertakes to inform the landlord of any cancellation, modification or any other change of the services he / she has ordered before the start of the service.

In case of individual orders, cancellation free of charge is possible 4 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not arrive or does not cancel his / her order by the appropriate deadline, the penalty is the same as the daily rate.

It is possible to transfer already finalized and confirmed reservations to another date or to change the number of staff depending on the capacity available.

Prices

The price of the service may change during the highlighted holiday period.

Smoking, pets

Under no circumstances may the Service Provider accommodate pets.

The entire building of the Service Provider is not a smoking area, therefore smoking is prohibited in the building and especially in the guest rooms.

Parking

The Panzio has secure parking; however, we recommend that you do not leave any valuables in the car.

Special needs

  If you have any special needs, please let us know in advance to make your stay enjoyable.

Refusal to use accommodation, termination of contracte

The Accommodation is entitled to terminate the contract and refuse to provide the service if the Guest

1. Non-performance payment obligation.
2. The accommodation is not intended for use by the guest
3. She has an infectious disease
4. Under the influence of a drug
5. Unacceptable, immoral, violent, inconsistent behavior in the house and its environment.
Loyalty:

We reserve the right to give bonuses and discounts to our loyal and permanent customers.

The Guest declares that he / she has read and understood the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions. Failure to observe or disregard the General Terms and Conditions shall not relieve the Guest of his obligations.
